Worldwide delivery

We offer free shipping worldwide. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and on product availability.

Order tracking

Tracking details are normally emailed within 48 hours after dispatch. The shipping confirmation contains the tracking link. A carrier may need several days before its tracking information updates.

Processing time

Orders normally take 3–5 business days to prepare and check before dispatch. Preparation can take longer for complex orders or when availability changes.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–12 days; some take 15–25 days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. The destination, delivery method, customs inspections, holidays and unexpected events can affect transit time.

A delay beyond an estimate does not by itself qualify an order for a refund or exchange under this shipping policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. We select the carrier used for dispatch.

Taxes and import duties

The recipient is responsible for destination-country import taxes, duties, levies and similar charges, and for consequences arising from unpaid charges.

Returned parcels and unsuccessful delivery

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient or another delivery issue, the buyer pays the cost of sending it again. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, contact the local carrier or post office to arrange collection where needed.
