How do I choose the right model?

Check the exact model in your device settings, then select that model and your preferred design on the product page. Similar device names do not always mean the same dimensions. An incorrect model chosen by the customer does not qualify for a return under our policy.

What does shipping cost?

Standard worldwide shipping is free. Import duties, taxes and redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient remain the customer’s responsibility.

When will my order arrive?

Processing normally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery generally takes 7–12 days after dispatch; some destinations take 15–25 days. Tracking is normally emailed within 48 hours of dispatch. See our shipping policy for details.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving a defective or incorrect item. Obtain approval before returning anything. Full conditions, exclusions and any return costs are in our returns and refunds policy.

Do you accept custom or wholesale orders?

Yes. Single custom items and larger group orders can be discussed without a minimum order quantity. Custom production and delivery takes 15–30 working days depending on the design and quantity. See customized wholesale services.

How do the offers work?

Buy two items for 15% off, or three or more for 20% off. WELCOME10 gives 10% off a first order and cannot be combined with another discount. An order with an actual total of US$80 or more qualifies for a complimentary Sanrio plush toy.
